Terms & Conditions —wyn8 Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the"Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and wyn8 ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the wyn8 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://wyn8.cam and all associated services, features, content, and mobile interfaces.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using wyn8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wyn8 platform.

This Agreement is intended to be read alongsidewyn8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the complete legal framework governing your use of wyn8.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on wyn8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age.wyn8 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age policy and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all Funds therein forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship are not permitted to register.
3. Jurisdiction: You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction before registering.wyn8 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal.
4. Single Account: You may only hold one (1) Account on wyn8. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information, including false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
6. Non-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement on the wyn8 Platform or any affiliated gaming network at the time of registration.

Upon completing the registration process, you will be issued a unique Account identified by your registered username and secured by a password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wyn8 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as activity performed by you.
• You must notify wyn8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• wyn8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available from within your Account security settings.
• wyn8 will never request your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
• Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, Funds, or associated rights to any third party.

All financial transactions on the wyn8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wyn8 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for most supported payment methods, subject to bank processing times.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise specified on the deposit page.
• wyn8 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard MYR transactions. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency are subject to network confirmation times and are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are targeted for processing within 5 minutes during standard operating hours. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider, bank cut-off times, and Account review status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method previously used to deposit, unless otherwise approved by wyn8 following a formal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• wyn8 reserves the right to perform additional KYC checks on any withdrawal request regardless of whether the Account has previously passed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

wyn8 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthdayuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specific to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page. Players must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the specified validity period will expire without value. Once activated, bonuses must have their wagering requirements completed within the stated timeframe.
• Referal Programme: The wyn8 Refer a Friend programme pays a reward of MYR 38 per qualifying referral. A qualifying referral requires the referred Player to complete account registration, pass KYC verification, and make a minimum first deposit of RM 50. Referral rewards are subject to standard wagering requirements.
• Birthday Bonus: Birthday bonuses are tier-based and credited automatically to eligible Accounts. Bronze tier receives MYR 188, Silver receives MYR 388, Gold receives MYR 888, and VIP tier receives MYR 2,688. Standard wagering requirements apply.
• Abuse: wyn8 reserves the right to withold or reclaim bonus Funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or exploitation of system errors.

All Bets placed on the wyn8 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live betting, casino games, live dealer tables, lottery, and other game formats. These product-specific rules are published within each respective product interface.

• Acceptance of Bets: A Bet is not deemed accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a transaction reference is issued. wyn8 reserves the right to decline or limit any Bet at its discretion without providing reasons.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each product and may vary by game, event, market, and Player Account level. wyn8 reserves the right to adjust individual Player stake limits.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, wyn8 reserves the right to void all affected Bets and refund stakes to Players' Accounts. The Platform shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from such events.
• Sportsbook: For sportsbook markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, Serie A, La Liga, UFC, and other events, wyn8's sportsbook rules govern settlement. These include rules relating to event postponement, abandonment, void markets, and result verification.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are placed at the odds available at the moment of placement. Odds fluctuate continuously during live events. Accepted in-play bets will not be adjusted retroactively due to subsequent odds changes.
• Results: Official results are used for settlement purposes. wyn8 will use information from officially recognised sports governing bodies and game logic verified by independent auditors to settle all Bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wyn8 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended and all Funds may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems. Any winings derived from exploiting known or unknown system errors are void.
• Coluding with other Players, or engaging in any form of chip-dumping or coordinated betting strategy designed to circumvent Platform rules.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process transactions derived from illegal activities. All suspicious transaction activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider without first contacting wyn8 support.
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security measures, access restrictions, or geographical blocks through VPN, proxy servers, or other technical means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wyn8 staff members through any communication channel including live chat, WhatsApp, or email.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, game mechanics, graphical interfaces, and other intellectual property made available through the wyn8 Platform are the exclusive property of wyn8 or its duly licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or in any other manner exploit any content from the Platform without wyn8's express prior written consent.
• The wyn8 name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of wyn8. Unauthorised use of any wyn8 trademark is strictly prohibited.
• Game content made available through third-party studio partnerships remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to wyn8 for distribution on the Platform.
